Having spent the last 20+ years focusing on customer service and marketing, Nicole Mackoway’s largest source of career fulfillment has been in creating experiences that leave the people around her feeling well taken care of. Being a caretaker at heart lead her to seek out a role as a Governor on the REALTORS® Community Foundation just months after earning her Real Estate License at the beginning of 2016.
Nicole is an asset to the Foundation in that she brings years of experience in marketing and promotional event management, event planning, décor and budgeting, as well as a love for hosting/speaking at corporate seminars.
A very active team player, Nicole has had the pleasure of taking part in many fantastic events. As a Governor, Nicole served as a Co-Chair for the Foundation’s first Klondike Fest 2018 fundraising event. She also volunteered on the Foundation’s Marketing and Funding Allocations Committees, Santa’s Auction, golf tournaments and sold many 50/50 tickets at various events around the city. She fondly remembers standing in as a spotter at multiple live auctions and prides herself in being one of the loudest spotters!
Nicole believes strongly that success is created one relationship at a time and aims to leave a positive impact in the world she lives in. In fact, Living Positively Fabulous is the motto that defines what Nicole wants for all her clients and this motto weaves into every part of Nicole’s days including her time spent with the REALTORS® Community Foundation.
