Our 2009 Annual General Meeting is coming up!
The Annual General Meeting, held every April, is a review of the previous year - this includes events, the 2009 budget and of course - grant allocations!
We also take time to say a fond goodbye to any of our retiring Board members, and listen to the nominated REALTORS® who wish to join us. After a vote, new Board members are sworn in, and the group is introduced as a whole. it's a very exciting process!
Finally, and most importantly, the Foundation brings in a guest speaker from one of the recently supported organizations to tell everyone their story. Last year we were lucky enough to have Sara from Terra Centre for Pregnant & Parenting Teens share her experiences with us. This is something you don't want to miss.
